We mill all common dental technology designs for you.

All crowns and bridges, bars, telescopes or abutments are milled on our 5+1 axis machines. Our machine park consists of only top of the range milling units from brands such as VHF, imes-icore, Xtcera or ZirkonZahn.

The bestselling zirconia that you can almost always indicate

The most popular material is multilayered, coloured zircon. It meets not only strict criteria for functionality, but also for aesthetics.

Why is this so? Thanks to its strength of 1,100 MPa, it can also be indicated for bolted work, large bridges, frontal sections, etc. It consists of 6 zirconia layers of different shades and transparency, which subsequently saves time for the dental technicians in the laboratory and increases the naturalness and vividness of the finished restoration.

Individualized abutments

Individualized abutments are milled either from the buds themselves or from the factory rolls of individual implant systems. Most often, these abutments are made of titanium, but zirconium or chromium-cobalt variants are no exception.

Bridges and bars on implants

Milling is an essential part of the production of such complicated work as bridges or abutments with direct implant attachments. The most commonly used material for these purposes is titanium, which has satisfactory properties in combination with the implant itself, as it is soft.

Thus, using special dental equipment and the right milling strategy, we achieve exceptional results for a wide range of implant systems. We can mill up to 35° of angulation.
